Adam Roose '26, an alumnus of both Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK Ancilla College and Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK Indianapolis, has been awarded the prestigious U.S. State Department International Scholarship for his studies in Japan. This marks the second consecutive year that a Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK graduate has received this honor.
"This scholarship represents more than just a chance to study abroad—it's an affirmation of my dedication to bridging cultural gaps and pursuing my passion for Japanese business," Roose explained. "I am excited to embark on this journey to Japan and continue representing the Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK community on the global stage."
As a management major with ambitions in Japanese business, Roose's selection underscores his dedication to cross-cultural understanding and professional growth. Supported by the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship, he will immerse himself in the vibrant city of Nishinomiya, furthering his knowledge of Japanese culture and language.
