Alana hails from West Chester, Ohio, just north of Cincinnati. She was a part of the third graduating class of her high school before attending Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK in the fall of 2017 where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Management with specializations in human resource management and entrepreneurship with a minor in pastoral leadership.
Prior to rejoining her Marian family, Alana worked in real estate development in Carmel, Indiana. While a student, she was involved in Theatre at Marian and costumed in 5 shows. She was named President of the Society for Human Resource Management chapter on campus. She also sang in the Marian Sacred Choir, a MU interfaith prayer service called Echo, Ss. Peter and Paul Cathedral, and St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
Throughout her professional career, Alana worked full-time at Topgolf for almost three years where she advanced in over 7 different positions, recruiting and training to be one of them before working for Ironworks Hotel Indianapolis and Jess West Costumes.
When not at work, Alana enjoys traveling and has been to over 10 countries and 23 states. She loves exploring new restaurants around Indy and lives at home with a two-year-old Jack Russell puppy.
