David Patterson has been active in the field of medical education and simulation for twenty four years focusing on the use of standardized patients, mannequin-based simulation and instructional design. David spent twenty one years at A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri and two years at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York developing, organizing and executing many types of learning experiences using simulation.
David received his undergraduate degree from Iowa State University in 1990, and his master’s degree from William Woods University in 2007. David has made numerous poster and conference presentations in the fields of medical education and simulation.
